HOME BUYING WORKSHOP

Homeownership is easier than ever and Houston and surrounding area residents can attend a free Home Buying workshop to learn how to reach that goal while avoiding the mistakes often made by homebuyers.

Sponsored by local businesses, the workshops offer information that homebuyers, whether first-time or repeat, need to know to find the right home at the right price. Topics include strategies for finding the right home, what to look for when you are house-hunting, qualifying for financing, choosing a team of professionals - Realtor, title company, lender, home inspector and others, negotiating an offer, what to expect at closing and more. Seminar attendees will also learn about working with a realtor who specializes in buyer representation.

This free homebuyers workshop is offered on weeknights and weekend mornings. Currently, we have one on one workshops scheduled throughout, and we are available to meet with you or your group.
